You are trying to use an application that was probably discontinued from development. I've searched the web for solutions to this problem, and the only thing I could possibly think of is to reinstall the application. Windows 95 is very old and discontinued as well, also no updates have ben released for Graphics Advantage.
You can also obtain information from the developers themselves, but I doubt they'll provide anything since the app doesn't exist anymore. In the luckiest case, the will recommend the new version of the software.
How do I convert downloaded fonts to work with my Graphix Advantage 6.2 program?

You can't just take any normal font to convert it for this application. Based on the information gathered, the fonts for the software have to be redesigned and developed especially to work with Graphics Advantage. However, the lack of information makes it impossible to provide the exact instructions to do this. Most of the developers, release fonts for these applications for an amount of money. If you have the application, go to Help > About and contact the developers. They should provide additional information about this.
I got the Graphix Advantage 6.2 software in 1999. I have the same computer that I bought with it. I tried to get a new computer 4 years ago, but I was told that the software is to old to be transferred to the new computer. I really like the application and I don't want to buy anything else. Is there a way to install it on a new computer?

In order to install the application on a new computer, you can try using Program Compatibility troubleshooter. Right-click the installation package, select Properties and open the Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box, select Windows 2000, Windows NT or Windows 98 from the drop-down list and click OK. After that, right-click again on the installer and select Run as Administrator option.
